I remember Kathmandu in 74

I remember Nepal in 74, cattle free everywhere.
Along the Vishnumati river, cows, pigs, goats, hens, were free to feed themselves anywhere, leaves, grass, garbage, even the trees were allowed to eat a stupa. Cow dung, used for cooking, was drying on stairs as well as clothes. The ashes of a saint resting in that stupa were happy of so much life around one holly place.
